🎯 Requirements

- Airline or airport operations experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing site operations, staffing, or live service environments.
- Experience working with vendors, contractors, or third-party teams a plus.
- Proven ability to lead real-time concierge or hospitality teams.
- Able to operate as an owner and drive on-site improvements.
