🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field)
  • 5+ years in airframe assembly or manufacturing leadership (aerospace or EVs preferred)
  • Strong understanding of structural assembly methods and aerospace materials
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
