🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field)
- 5+ years in airframe assembly or manufacturing leadership (aerospace or EVs preferred)
- Strong understanding of structural assembly methods and aerospace materials
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
