Role Overview

As a Strategic People Partner, you will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into effective people programs, programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to translate business needs into people initiatives.
• Lead talent planning, performance management, succession, and compensation guidance.
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate on diversity, equity, inclusion, onboarding, and culture-building efforts.
• Analyze workforce data to influence strategy and inform decisions.
• Partner with recruiting to meet business hiring needs and strengthen talent pipelines.
• Support change management during growth or organizational changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
• Experience supporting fast-growing technology organizations is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to DEI and employee development.
