Overview
Airbnb is seeking a Workforce Intelligence Manager to lead analytics on talent strategy, workforce planning, and people insights. You will partner with People & Talent teams and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations, build scalable dashboards, forecast talent needs, and influence organizational design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of workforce analytics capabilities.
- Partner with HR, finance, and product leaders to define metrics and reporting requirements.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to executives and teams.
- Conduct workforce forecasting, scenario planning, and modeling to inform talent strategy.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts; promote data governance and best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and availability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce analytics, or related field.
- Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, ATS, performance management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
