Airbnb is seeking a Technology Contracts Manager to lead the negotiation and management of technology-related contracts, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, data processing agreements, and vendor arrangements, to support Airbnb's global platform and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology and software licensing agreements, data processing agreements, and related documentation.
• Manage contract lifecycle from inception to renewal, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Coordinate with legal, security, procurement, product, and engineering teams to address risk and ensure favorable commercial terms.
• Provide guidance on data privacy, data security, and regulatory requirements across technology contracts.
• Support negotiations with vendors, manage escalations, and track key metrics and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology contracts, commercial law, or related field.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud services, data processing agreements, and licensing models.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• J.D. or equivalent legal accreditation preferred; in-house tech company experience a plus.
