Role Overview
Airbnb is seeking a Strategy and Business Growth Lead for Experiences to drive the growth of Airbnb Experiences across the globe. You will lead the development and execution of growth strategies, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives for Experiences, collaborating with product, marketing, data science, finance, and operations teams to accelerate revenue and participant engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies for Airbnb Experiences across markets
- Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams to accelerate growth
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance to design experiments, analyze results, and optimize performance
- Build metrics, dashboards, budgets, and forecasts; own the growth plan for Experiences
- Lead cross-functional programs and influence product roadmap and pricing decisions
- Communicate progress and impact to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Mentor and coordinate with team members and partner teams as needed
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or product growth within consumer platforms or travel/hospitality
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage stakeholders
- Experience with GTM strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred; proficiency with SQL or data tooling is a plus
