Airbnb is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Lead to drive strategic partnerships and growth opportunities. This hybrid role is based in Spain. You will identify, structure, and manage partnerships that expand Airbnb's ecosystem and revenue.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships aligned with Airbnb's business goals.
Negotiate and structure partnerships to drive growth and revenue.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and operations.
Develop partnership strategy and execution roadmaps from concept to delivery.
Represent Airbnb in external meetings, industry events, and partner negotiations.

Requirements

Proven track record in strategic partnerships and business development.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
