📋 Description

• Deploy CV and multimodal listing understanding to improve guest/host experience.
• Analyze data to link listing understanding to business impact.
• Prototype ML models and assess safety and effectiveness.
• Build causal models to show how photos impact search, bookings.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design on roadmap and features.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years in applied ML with CV; CLIP/ViT preferred (6+ with PhD).
• Causal inference expertise; marketplace experience preferred.
• Advanced degree in CS, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
• Proficient in Python or R with SQL; comfortable prototyping PoC.
• Deep ML practices: training/serving skew, A/B tests, feature engineering.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka.

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $194,000–$240,000 USD.
