Provide guardrails on architecture evolution and coach other engineers.
Hands-on when needed; hands-off to enable team growth.
Lead multi-team technical initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
Mentor junior engineers through reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with senior leaders to align architecture with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Bachelor's and/or Master's in CS, or equivalent.
Experience building, leading, and architecting production systems.
Demonstrated technical leadership: lead project teams, set direction, prototypes, cross-functional work.
Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical partners.
Proven experience defining product/technical strategy and driving alignment with stakeholders.
