Role Overview

The Senior Routing & Channel Optimisation Coordinator will join Airbnb's global Operations team to optimize routing paths and channel performance across markets, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role blends data analysis, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable improvements across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze routing and channel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
Define metrics, build dashboards, and monitor performance across geographies and partner channels.
Design and run experiments to test improvements; measure impact and iterate.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Analytics, and Operations to implement changes and ensure scalable solutions.
Develop clear documentation, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace optimization, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau or similar).
Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of routing or channel optimization a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment; remote-friendly.
