Senior Programs Operations Lead, Stays

Role Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Programs Operations Lead for the Stays team. This remote role is open to candidates across North America. The Senior Programs Operations Lead will partner with product, operations, and host communities to design, launch, and optimize programs that improve guest and host experiences, drive efficiency, and scale Airbnb's Stays business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for Stays initiatives, from scoping to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define success metrics, monitor progress, and report to leadership.
• Build scalable processes, establish governance, risk management, and change management practices.
• Influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities across geographies.
• Own program documentation, timelines, and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or operations leadership; hospitality or marketplace experience a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making; proficiency with data tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or graduate degree a plus.
