Overview
Airbnb is seeking a Senior Marketing Lead for ANZ (Australia and New Zealand) to lead the region's marketing strategy and execution. You will drive growth, brand awareness, and guest/host acquisition in Australia and New Zealand, partnering with product, growth, and partnerships teams. This role will manage the regional marketing budget and lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy for ANZ across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Lead regional campaigns from concept to delivery, including brand, performance marketing, CRM, partnerships, and content.
- Partner with product, growth, design, and sales to align on objectives and roadmap.
- Define annual and quarterly go-to-market plans and budgets; manage spend and ROI.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; recruit and develop talent.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize campaigns using GA4, attribution models, and CRM data.
- Collaborate with Airbnb's global marketing teams to ensure consistency and localization.
- Cultivate relationships with partners, agencies, and media.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in consumer tech or travel sectors; ANZ market experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of driving growth and brand in ANZ.
- Strong data-driven mindset; proficient in analytics tools (GA4, CRM platforms, attribution).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and lead teams; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
