Airbnb is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management (Infrastructure) to lead multi-disciplinary programs ensuring scalable, reliable infrastructure across services. This remote role collaborates with Platform, SRE, Security, and Product teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a technical program management team responsible for infrastructure initiatives.
- Own program roadmaps, milestones, risks, and cross-functional coordination with Eng, SRE, Security, and Product teams.
- Define success metrics, drive operational excellence, and improve reliability and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to align priorities with business goals and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or a related field, with a strong focus on infrastructure.
- Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and complex programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; Master's preferred.
