Airbnb is seeking a Senior Lead, Corporate and Policy Communications for LATAM (Miami, USA) to lead communications strategy and execution across Latin America.

Role overview

The role can be based in Miami or remote within the Americas. You will partner with executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to shape Airbnb's LATAM policy and corporate communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LATAM communications strategies to support policy initiatives, regulatory engagement, and corporate positioning.
• Lead media relations, press briefings, and executive communications across LATAM markets.
• Coordinate with product, policy, and government affairs teams to align messaging and crisis communications.
• Manage relationships with policymakers, industry groups, and media in multiple LATAM countries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or government relations, preferably with LATAM exposure.
• Proven track record in strategic communications and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
