Airbnb is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Gurgaon-based team in a Hybrid work arrangement. This role focuses on turning business questions into data-driven insights to support strategic decisions across product, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Define metrics, gather requirements, and ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders and influence business decisions.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
5+ years of experience in business analytics or related roles.
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Location: Gurgaon, India. Hybrid work arrangement.
