Senior Analyst, WFM

📋 Description

• Forecast, schedule, and plan capacity to meet SLA goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize staffing across sites and lines of business.
• Analyze scheduling data, shrinkage and forecast variances.
• Provide scheduling support to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
• Drive continuous optimization of scheduling models and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience.
• 2 years scheduling experience mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Forecasting, planning, scheduling and WFM knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with IEX or similar apps (Genesys/Verint).

🎁 Benefits

• India annual pay range ₹910,000 – ₹1,300,000 INR.
• Base pay is annualized and may include bonus, equity, and travel credits.
