Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Manager for Product Roadmap Planning & Program Management to drive cross-functional initiatives across the product organization. You will partner with product, design, engineering, operations, and other teams to define and execute roadmaps, coordinate programs, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives that impact the Airbnb product portfolio.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company strategy.
Lead cross-functional programs from inception to delivery, coordinating stakeholders and milestones.
Coordinate with product managers, engineers, designers, and data teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
Identify risks, track progress, and communicate updates to executives and teams.
Improve program processes and governance to scale product delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years of program management or product roadmap experience in tech or marketplace platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication, project planning, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
