Product Manager, Pricing Tools

Overview

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Pricing Tools to design, build, and iterate on pricing tooling that drives revenue, improves pricing transparency, and enhances the guest and host experience on the Airbnb marketplace. You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, data science, and revenue teams to define roadmaps, run experiments, and scale pricing capabilities across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for pricing tools that power dynamic pricing and revenue optimization.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Revenue teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact features.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, including writing PRDs and maintaining the backlog.
• Design and run pricing experiments, measure impact, and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Ensure pricing tools are scalable, accurate, and provide clear insights to product teams and partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address regulatory, compliance, and user experience considerations in pricing.

Requirements

• Experience shipping pricing tools or data-driven product experiences in a similar domain.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with data analysis and experimentation (SQL/analytics tools, A/B testing).
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with marketplaces, travel platforms, or dynamic pricing is a plus.
