Airbnb is seeking a Product Manager for LATAM (Mexico City, Mexico) to lead regional product efforts from a remote setting. This role focuses on delivering value to guests and hosts across Latin America while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the LATAM product strategy and roadmap in alignment with Airbnb's goals.
- Lead cross-functional product development with engineering, design, data analytics, and growth teams.
- Use SQL and data analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize features.
- Design and run experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and drive improvements.
- Localize product experiences for LATAM markets, focusing on user needs, localization, and compliance.
- Gather user insights through research, feedback, and data to inform prioritization and decision making.
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders and influence product direction.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience, preferably with LATAM or regional markets.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data visualization.
- Experience with experimentation and metrics-driven decision making (A/B testing).
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; comfortable working in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.
Location
Remote (North America region) with LATAM focus.
