Overview
Airbnb is seeking a Premium Support Delivery Manager (Spanish) for a remote role based in Ireland. In this position, you will lead the delivery of premium customer support services for Spanish-speaking users, coordinating across global teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of premium support for Spanish-speaking customers.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Support, Operations, Product, Engineering) to drive on-time, high-quality results.
- Define delivery roadmaps, success metrics, and SLA targets; monitor and report on performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to scale support operations globally.
- Communicate updates and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Mentor team members and support hiring and onboarding as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience in delivery management, program or project management, or operations within a customer support context.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a remote, globally distributed environment.
- Familiarity with data analytics, dashboards, and process improvement methodologies.
