Airbnb is seeking a Manager, Technical Recruiting to lead a high-performing team responsible for sourcing and hiring top engineering talent across North America. This remote-friendly role partners with engineering leadership to define hiring strategy, build diverse pipelines, and scale Airbnb's technical organization globally.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, set goals, and drive performance.
Partner with senior engineering leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into scalable recruiting programs.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and diverse talent pools.
Build inclusive pipelines and improve interview processes, candidate experience, and time-to-fill metrics.
Manage relationships with external partners and vendors when applicable.
Collaborate with HR and people operations to ensure competitive compensation and smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

6+ years of technical recruiting experience with at least 2 years in people management.
Proven track record hiring for software engineering, data, infrastructure, and platform roles.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across product, engineering, and leadership.
Experience with ATS systems and recruiting analytics; comfortable in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.
