Global Law Enforcement Engagement Manager

Airbnb is seeking a Global Law Enforcement Engagement Manager to build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies worldwide to support trust and safety initiatives, regulatory compliance, and cooperative enforcement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement and government partners globally
• Develop and execute policy engagement strategies and governance processes
• Collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Trust & Safety, Security, and Compliance teams to align on regulatory requirements
• Monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions and advise product and operations teams
• Lead incident coordination and support investigations as needed
• Design training and playbooks for internal teams on interactions with law enforcement
• Represent Airbnb in policy discussions and industry forums
• Track engagement metrics and report on outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or legal liaison for tech/platform companies
• Strong knowledge of privacy, data security, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment; willingness to travel
