📋 Description

• Review event notifications and monitor incidents globally
• Determine events warranting a response and actions
• Inform communities using internal tools as needed
• Draft and coordinate preparedness and response messaging
• Manage high-priority crises that risk brand or community
• Make critical decisions; know when to seek approval vs. act independently

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in large-scale crisis, security, or risk response
• Strong foundation in global intelligence analysis
• Balance regional, functional, and company-wide risk priorities
• Proven experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with internal tools, policies, and decision frameworks
• Able to operate under high pressure, nights and weekends
• Occasional travel required
