Overview
Airbnb is seeking a Connectivity Partner Lead to drive strategic partnerships that improve connectivity and guest experiences across the platform. This role will own partner strategy, negotiations, and program delivery with telecom and network partners to expand reliable connectivity for Airbnb's marketplace.
What you'll do
- Define and execute a connectivity partnership strategy aligned with Airbnb's business goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard telecom and network partners to improve guest and host connectivity across markets.
- Lead negotiations, contracting, and governance with partners; manage partner performance and SLAs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to design scalable connectivity solutions.
- Manage cross-functional programs, milestones, risk, and budget; report progress to leadership.
- Represent Airbnb in external forums and build long-term trusted relationships with partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or program management, preferably in technology or travel.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Ability to translate business needs into partner requirements and drive cross-functional execution.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
