- Experience with imports/exports from sales, ops or procurement
- Experience building and maintaining vendor relationships
- Analytical, data-driven problem solving
- Strong Excel skills; basic programming a plus
- Strategic vision and ground-floor execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
