Air Operations Associate, Hanoi

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end air shipments; coordinate with airlines, trucking, terminals, and internal teams.
• Enter data to create files; complete MAWB/HWB; submit AMS/EDI as required.
• Invoice clients and subcontractors timely and accurately.
• Provide customer service; follow up on inquiries and feedback; arrange shipments.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain and improve operational data and systems; generate reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics.
• Fluent in Vietnamese with strong written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and eager to learn global supply chain operations.
• Customer-focused mindset: respond promptly and professionally to customer needs, answering calls and dealing with customer queries, providing first-class customer service at all times.
• Flexible and open to work on weekends.
