Handle day-to-day air cargo shipments per dispatch and delivery procedures.
Organize admission into customs warehouse, export clearance, loading onto aircraft, and dispatch.
Interface with customers/agents to book, coordinate shipments, and update on disruptions.
Maximise profit and minimise costs; ensure cost and revenue estimates and credit control.
Make rate offers to customers and partners where applicable.
Communicate with clients on shipment status and resolve issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

Preferably 2+ years Air freight Export or Import experience
Great customer service skills
High competency in handling Air cargo shipments
Knowledge of Customs Procedures
Experience in CARGO Wise and Thyme
Knowledge of GDP, Aviation Cargo Security and Dangerous Goods
Enthusiastic, positive, team-focused attitude
