The Role

As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in a dynamic team, providing analytical support for a diverse range of quantitative consumer research projects. These projects span various industries and categories, including financial services, major sports properties, and charitable or cause-related organizations. Your insights and analysis will be instrumental in driving profitable growth within the account team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to all stages of the research lifecycle, from design to insights delivery.
  • Analyze data in alignment with client objectives to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Develop clear, visually compelling reports that communicate key findings effectively.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive client impact.
  • Engage in broader business initiatives beyond daily responsibilities, fostering professional growth and development.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Skilled in conducting thorough, fact-based analysis.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of understanding and providing insights on complex business challenges.
  • Comfortable working independently on data analysis.
  • Able to translate data into clear, concise, and impactful written communication.
  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a passionate and dynamic team environment.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership and thrives in independent work.
  • Pragmatic, eager to learn, and driven to solve problems effectively.
  • Qualifications:

  • College or university degree preferred, ideally in business or marketing, but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quantitative data analysis for a brand, company, or consumer research firm is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Experience with statistical programs (e.g., SPSS or SAS) is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Confidence in your abilities—knowing you exceed the average, without arrogance.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
