The Role
We're hiring a
Customer Success / Delivery Managerto join our Wildfire Mitigation Planning (WMP) practice - a critical business vertical helping electric utilities protect infrastructure from wildfires, ensuring community safety, reliability, and sustainability.This role is responsible fordelivering WMP projects with quality, managing customer relationships, and establishing scalable processesfor future growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with wildfire experts, utility executives, and our technology team to accelerate plan creation, standardize templates, and build a scalable WMP services organization.
You’ll also play an important role in leveraging existing AI frameworks to structure and automate WMP processes. You won’t be building models yourself, but you’ll work with our tech team to apply tools and frameworks that enable automation and, over time, help productize the process.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives at the intersection ofcustomer delivery, process design, and technology enablement- with the intellectual curiosity and organizational skills to make a lasting impact.

We offer a competitive base pay range for this full-time position, which is between $160,000 and $200,000 per year. This range reflects the anticipated base salary for new hires.
