🎯 Requirements

5+ years in filmmaking, video production, post-production, or creative direction.
Strong portfolio with cinematic storytelling, editing, visual direction, motion, or AI work.
Experience leading projects, mentoring creatives, and guiding teams.
Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools for video or image creation.
Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, motion, and editing.
Experience integrating AI-generated assets into production workflows.
