- Deep familiarity with contact center ecosystems: ACD, IVR, WFM, QM, omnichannel
- Cloud migration or digital transformation experience in CCaaS/UCaaS/enterprise SaaS
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills conveying complex topics
- Change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR) proficiency
