AI Transformation Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
• Translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions (automation and decision support).
• Develop business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
• Prioritize AI initiatives by ROI, scalability, and implementation ease.
• Build and deploy AI-powered workflows with Claude Code, Workato, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Design and implement prompt engineering strategies and reusable templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in consulting, operations, or technology roles.
• Experience at McKinsey & Company, BCG, Deloitte, or similar.
• Proven cross-functional initiatives and tech-enabled process transformation.
• Hands-on AI/automation solutions with production-grade testing.
• Experience driving measurable outcomes (revenue, cost, time) through tech.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to map complex workflows.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of modern AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, automation).
