- BS or MS in CS, Business Strategy, Info Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
- Comfort reading/writing code, building rapid prototypes, and using APIs.
- Strong AI knowledge: LLMs, agentic AI, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP/A2A.
- Familiar with conversational AI platforms, virtual agents, CCaaS, CX ecosystems.
- Understanding enterprise landscapes: APIs, CRMs, middleware, data platforms.
- Proven ability to engage VP+ and C-level with executive presentations.
