- Deep knowledge of OpenAI APIs, SDKs, connectors, embeddings, and retrieval augmentation.
- Translate technical concepts into business language and demonstrate AI strategy impact.
- Able to map workflows with customers and diagnose adoption challenges.
- Strong PM instincts to lead multi-workstream initiatives.
- Proven track record delivering deployments for large enterprise customers.
