π― Requirements
- 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management, GenAI consulting, or deployment leadership
- Deep knowledge of OpenAI products, APIs, SDKs, and connectors; embeddings and fine-tuning
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Comfort embedding with customers to map workflows and diagnose adoption challenges
- Strong project/program management instincts for multi workstream initiatives
- Experience partnering with C-level stakeholders and technical teams
