AI Solutions Specialist

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows for OMX teams.
• Develop LLM-based solutions, including automated evaluations.
• Collaborate with ops leads, QA, and PMs to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Write lightweight Python scripts to extend automation.
• Prompt engineer and refine LLM inputs for accuracy.
• Monitor tool performance and improve reliability over time; SQL data checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on with large language models: prompts, evals, iterations.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong prompt engineering and instruction design.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI inputs.
