- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in limited process environments.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer relationships.
- Strong communication to articulate observations and foster cross-team collaboration.
- Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into solutions.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies.
