📋 Description

• Own technical wins by building PoVs with AEs to drive discovery.
• Lead deep technical talks with ML engineers to design scalable AI workloads.
• Design and deliver live demos, PoVs, and prototypes for training and inference at scale.
• Architect ML/GenAI systems: distributed training, RAG, multi-agent, LLM fine-tuning.
• Translate business goals into measurable outcomes: quality, cost, speed.
• Advise on MLOps/LLMOps best practices; partner with Product/Engineering on roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong Python; bonus TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Hands-on training, fine-tuning, evaluating, deploying deep learning/LLM systems.
• Experience with GenAI architectures: RAG, tool-using agents, evaluation frameworks.
• Cloud-native architectures across AWS, GCP, or Azure; containers, networking, security.
• Whiteboard distributed training/inference and implement prototypes; strong communication.
