📋 Description

• Run 1-to-many onboarding and enablement programs
• Build reusable technical assets for self-serve success
• Operate scaled onboarding using usage signals and feedback loops
• Create playbooks, templates, notebooks, and troubleshooting guides
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Field Engineering to improve the journey
• Partner with Sales to drive customer outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with TensorFlow/Keras and PyTorch Lightning
• Tools: Streamlit and LangChain
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
