AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Own AI behavior monitoring: define measurable AI behavior in production.
• Own AI observability standards: telemetry, tracing, logging, and alerts.
• Own control validation for agentic systems: guardrails and policy checks.
• Own AI security event analysis: detect, investigate, and document unsafe AI.
• Own governance framework implementation: translate principles into technical requirements.
• Own AI trust metrics and reporting: define KPIs and dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in security engineering, detection, observability, or SRE.
• Experience designing monitoring, logging, telemetry, or detection strategies for distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI/ML system architecture, incl. LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Translating governance, risk, or policy requirements into operational controls.
• Strong IAM, least privilege, data protection, auditability, and incident response.
• Experience investigating anomalies and coordinating remediation.
