📋 Description

• Lead technical leadership of sales, implementation, expansion, and adoption of AI products.
• Define and communicate Okta’s Securing AI strategy across pitch to renewal.
• Create Lab/Demo assets and AI prototyping to boost sales velocity.
• Develop reference architectures, whitepapers, and POC guides.
• Provide field enablement to SEs, TAMs, and Professional Services.
• Represent Okta’s AI strategy at conferences and with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in identity, cybersecurity, AI, or data science.
• Experience driving technical customer success beyond initial sale.
• Deep AI/ML knowledge (anomaly detection, LLMs) and Agentic Frameworks.
• Strong executive presence with enterprise CISOs and boards.
• Ability to create repeatable playbooks and backbone assets for scale.
• Leadership as CTO, Field CTO, or Distinguished Architect in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Advanced degree in a technical or business field.
