Advance research on agentic AI systems using real-world data and multimodal signals.
Design learning paradigms for large-scale models (RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF, DPO, GRPO).
Develop multimodal representations with joint embeddings across text, audio, logs.
Improve speech and audio intelligence (STT, ASR, audio-driven signals).
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy research into production.
Define objectives and evaluation methods for large-scale models and agents.

🎯 Requirements

PhD in CS, ML, AI, EE, or related field.
5+ years in applied AI research or ML with production impact.
Strong background in large-scale ML, LLMs, or multimodal AI.
Hands-on with RAG systems and fine-tuning LLMs.
Experience with RL methods (RLHF, DPO, GRPO).
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc).
