🎯 Requirements

• PhD in CS, ML, NLP, CV, or related AI field.
• Hands-on fine-tuning LLMs or multimodal LMs (SFT/RLHF) post-training.
• Experience multi-modality training (video+text, image+text, speech+text).
• Strong publication track record in AI conferences or journals.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX).
• Ability to design rigorous experiments and interpret results.
