  • Assist governance and PMO processes; coordinate meetings, track actions, RAID, and reporting.
  • Plan and deliver activities; update roadmaps, track milestones, manage dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in financial services or consulting
  • PMO, project coordination, or programme support in tech or transformation
  • Product analysis: requirements gathering, backlog, and user feedback
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI/LLMs and safety concepts
  • Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel (advanced), and Power BI
