Assist governance and PMO processes; coordinate meetings, track actions, RAID, and reporting.
Plan and deliver activities; update roadmaps, track milestones, manage dependencies.
Maintain project docs, templates, and SharePoint/Confluence repositories.
Help Product Owner refine requirements and backlog; gather user feedback on the LLM tool.
Prepare dashboards and KPIs using Excel/Power BI for decision-making.
Support model safety and Responsible AI checks during releases.

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 years' experience in financial services or consulting
PMO, project coordination, or programme support in tech or transformation
Product analysis: requirements gathering, backlog, and user feedback
Basic understanding of Generative AI/LLMs and safety concepts
Strong stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Excel (advanced), and Power BI
