  • Lead AI partnerships to accelerate ManyChat's AI roadmap
  • Partner with execs, product, engineering, legal, and finance to drive build/buy/partner decisions
  • Identify, structure, and negotiate AI partnerships with frontier models, hyperscalers, and data providers
  • Translate product and technical requirements into scalable partnership frameworks and pipeline
  • Provide forward-looking AI landscape insights to inform product strategy
  • Support corporate development including diligence, deal structuring, and onboarding of strategic partners
  • Own product partnership needs including embedded third-party integrations (payments, SMS, CRM, ecommerce)

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Product Partnerships or Business Development with AI experience
  • Hands-on AI/agentic stack knowledge: models, inference, orchestration, APIs
  • Bridge technical and business stakeholders to drive partnership outcomes
  • Comfortable operating independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Proven track record closing high-impact AI partnerships accelerating roadmaps
  • Familiar with embedded product integrations (payments, CRM, ecommerce) is a plus
