AI Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end AI initiatives across NiCE from idea to live solutions.
• Lead cross-functional AI projects across IT, HR, Finance, Sales.
• Partner with AI delivery teams to turn ideas into value-generating AI solutions.
• Redesign processes and translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives.
• Ensure initiatives reach production with documented handover to operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 5+ years as technical PM or product manager with AI project experience (1+ year hands-on AI).
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or similar agent platforms.
• Solid understanding of AI agents, automation, and process redesign.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects (transformation, automation, or digital programs).
• Demonstrated experience delivering products that change how a process works.
