🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related field
5+ years as technical/project/product manager with business analysis; 1 year AI
Familiarity with Anthropic Claude or Copilot Studio
Strong grasp of AI agents, automation, and process design
Experience leading cross-functional transformation and automation programs
Led products that change process workflows, not just software
Analyst + PM hybrid; map end-to-end processes and drive transformation
Excellent written and verbal English; strong stakeholder management
