🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.
- 5+ years as technical PM/PM with business analysis; at least 1 year AI projects.
- Familiar with Anthropic Claude or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, automation, and process design.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, esp. transformation/automation/digital.
- Demonstrated success leading products that change a process, not just software.
