  • 3+ years in Product Management, esp. CS/Account tools or fintech retention.
  • AI/ML fluency; solid understanding of LLMs and RAG.
  • Experience with CRM data (Salesforce) and data lakes; data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to define product strategy and roadmaps in growth environments.
  • Strong collaboration with data science and CPM teams; stakeholder mgmt.
  • Preferably experience with AI-first startups or rapid scale.
