📋 Description

• Write functional code daily using Claude and other AI tools; submit PRs for review.
• Prototype and deploy internal tools to non-prod environments quickly; hand off to production.
• Build AI-driven data pipelines for CRE data enrichment, validation, and deduplication.
• Identify high-impact CRE sales/marketing problems and deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Drive AI transformation across Biscred and Bisnow by automating processes.
• Collaborate with a lean engineering team to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in product, engineering, data, or analytics, or equivalent AI builds.
• Deep AI savviness: daily use of Claude, Cursor, GPT, or o1; prompt engineering.
• Voracious Builder: excited by data-heavy B2B problems; relentless to fix.
• Comfortable in the Code: hands-on in local development, Git; portfolio of AI projects.
• Agile & Autonomous: thrive in ambiguity; startup speed; avoid traditional PM rituals.
• Familiar with git workflows: branches, PRs, code review; ability to merge.
